About me

Chenzhe (Chen) Cao is an experienced digital health strategist with over a decade of expertise in the healthcare industry.

As the Principal Technology Strategist for Emerging Technologies at Mass General Brigham, Chen leads strategic initiatives that integrate cutting-edge solutions into clinical operations and research. He has successfully driven a number of high-impact projects across the integrated academic health system, fostering critical collaborations between providers and emerging and established technology partners. His primary areas of focus include the application of artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, as well as the exploration of extended reality (AR/VR) and robotics within academic medical centers.

In addition to his strategic leadership, Chen serves as an Adjunct Faculty member at the Boston University School of Public Health, where he helps educate the next generation of healthcare professionals. He is also deeply engaged with the alumni community, serving as a member of the Boston University Alumni Council.
